We ship all orders through our trusted logistics partner Ekart, ensuring reliable and timely deliveries.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Timeline
Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
Non-Metro & Remote Areas: 4–7 business days
Please note that delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and external factors such as weather or logistics delays.

Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.
A nominal fee may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders (if applicable).

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email.
You can track your shipment in real-time through Ekart’s tracking system.

Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.
If you are unavailable, please coordinate with the courier using the tracking link.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
