Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At MAJD Fragrances, we take pride in delivering premium-quality fragrances. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict yet fair policy to ensure hygiene, authenticity, and customer satisfaction

Returns Policy
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
Eligible for Return
Product received is damaged, defective, or leaked
Product delivered is incorrect (wrong item sent)
Not Eligible for Return
Change of mind after purchase
Dislike of fragrance (as scent preference is subjective)
Used or partially used products
Requests made after the return window

Return Window
You must raise a return request within 1-2 hours of receiving a product.
Requests beyond this period will not be accepted

Return Process
To initiate a return:

Order ID
Unboxing video (mandatory)
Clear photos of the product and packaging
⚠️ Important: An unboxing video is mandatory to process any damage/incorrect product claims.

Refund Policy
Once your return request is approved:
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
The amount will be credited to your original payment method

For COD Orders
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
You will be required to share your bank details

Replacement Policy
In case of damaged or incorrect products, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on availability
Replacement will be shipped at no extra cost

Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placing the order
Once the order is picked by courier partner, it cannot be cancelled

Prepaid Orders
If cancelled within the allowed time, a full refund will be issued

COD Orders
Repeated cancellations or fake orders may lead to restriction from future COD orders
Non-Serviceable & Failed Deliveries
If an order is returned due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept, we reserve the right to:
Deduct shipping charges
Or cancel refund eligibility in certain cases
